Attach a file to a contact
You can attach a Microsoft Word document, or other relevant information, to a contact. This allows you to store all information pertaining to a contact in one location.

Open the contact you want to attach a file to.

On the toolbar, click Attachment

Under Choose a file to attach, type the path to the file, or click Browse to locate the file.

Click Attach and the file will appear under Current file attachments. Repeat steps 1-3 for any additional files you want to attach.
When you're finished, the files you selected will appear at the bottom of the Contact window next to Attachments.
